Of course vaginal birth is a great idea, but what do you need to know to make sure the rash of unnecessary c-sections in US hospitals does not affect you?

KRISHAUNA's Story
We started the Sister Circle For Women Like Krishauna. She was pregnant and now she's proud of her new baby but still she wishes she learned more about c-sections before she went to the hospital.
The situation in the delivery room changed fast, and the next thing she knew she was waking up and all she was told was, "There were complications ."
The nurses gave her lots of stuff to take home and read and she hasn't looked at it since leaving the hospital. She can't sleep and reading is just too much.
Now she started to worry about where the cut is in her belly and gets a little overwhelmed with the pain. She wants to go to the doctors to check it out, but this morning she cried just thinking what would happen to her baby is something really is wrong with her.

Tip:
Want to avoid a c-section? Create a birth plan. Share it with your doctor. Make sure your doula, daddy, and doctor know what you in want in case surgery is necessary.
