Service Description

Providing new and expectant moms and families with emotional and physical support before, during, and after birth; while gaining knowledge and techniques to assist in a safe, healthy, and empowering birth experience. Our community doulas not only provide full spectrum services to those living in the city of Richmond, we also serve the families in communities that often go unseen. As Community Doulas,  we are able to support families during their pregnancy journey through lived experiences, cultural sensitivity, community advocacy, and connecting them to resources and services within the communities.   Specializing in Nutrition, we help women with high risk pregnancy and postpartum conditions like gestational diabetes, hypertension impaired fasting glucose.
